Bio and Mission Statement
I have been a professional planner and project director throughout my career, in a variety of industries and roles, including 10 years with world’s largest media company. My migration to the estate planning sector coincided with my arrival in Asia in 2013. Having made the leap of faith to become an expat myself, I fully appreciate that some area’s of life planning require professional expertise.
People work a lifetime to amass an estate, not just monetary or property assets, but personal and emotive ones too. As a will writer I work to ensure that your legacy is passed on to the people you wish to benefit. As an expat, you will often be caught between residency and domicile in more than one jurisdiction and your life’s work has tax obligations, but these can be met whilst retaining the integrity of your wishes and wealth for your family. Acting as a UK certified will draftsman allows me to help people ensure that their lifetime acquirement of wealth and personal items benefit the people they intend.
Operating across Asia from Cambodia, I undertake ongoing professional development in both the UK and internationally. When I am not helping people plan their legacies, I am a keen sportswoman often found on badminton, netball and rugby pitches, swimming pools and gym floors all over Phnom Penh. I also take an active lead in the business community in Cambodia, as a committee member of the British Chambers of Commerce and hosting network and welcome events for people new to this fascinating country.
